How do I get myself or my child in speech therapy?
Ask your doctor to send a referral to fax number (406) 552-4971 for: Evaluation (speech/language, feeding, AAC, etc.)or Treatment (speech/language, feeding, AAC, etc.)
Scheduling: Once Erin receives the referral from your doctor, she will contact you to schedule an evaluation.
Intake Paperwork: After the evaluation is scheduled, Erin will email you the required intake paperwork to be completed prior to the evaluation.
Qualification: After the evaluation is completed, Erin will review the results to ensure you or your child qualifies for services.
Goal Setting: If the evaluated individual qualifies, Erin will create goals based on areas of difficulty found in the evaluation.
Regular Sessions: Regular 1-hour sessions (unless discussed otherwise) will be scheduled once documentation has been completed.
